The purpose of the event was to raise funds for an information project to highlight the figure of the famous Ukrainian composer George Mayboroda and the musical era of the twentieth century.
During the concert, music by Italian composers, songs, romances and arias were played on the stage.
Thanks to the guests of the evening, in particular the President of the Congress of Ukrainians in Canada Oleksandra Khichiy managed to raise funds.
The project "Revival of the memory of Georgy Mayboroda" involves the implementation of two main ideas - staging a dramatic play and shooting a documentary about the life and work of the composer.
Fundraising continues to implement the educational project. It is easy to join a good initiative.
